We do a lot of work with local universities for their special fund raisers and party events. For example, university alumni departments often plan a special fund raiser event that includes 4-5 parties in a 24-hour period. Each of the parties is geared towards a different donor segment, so there are unique displays for each. Other materials are shared by the various parties, even though the location of the parties may differ. While there are always extra hands available at universities, our customers know it’s just easier when we do it all. They count on us to:

  • Assist with exciting graphic designs
  • Output and assemble all the materials and special exhibits requested
  • Set up all the graphics materials for each of the events
  • Take down and store materials (as needed) once the event is over
