How We Need Your Files

When your files come in as requested we are able to process your job faster! Here are some handy instructions to ensure your job doesn’t encounter any delays once it’s sent to us.

FILE TYPES		Press Quality PDF • Illustrator • InDesign • Photoshop
RESOLUTION		All photoshop images should be at least 100 dpi when used at the actual intended size.
COLOR		For the best color results, always provide all photos as CMYK tiffs. PMS colors are acceptable within your page layout files.
LOGOS		Logos output best when provided as eps files. Maintain pms spot colors in your logo files for the most accurate color match. Don’t forget to outline the fonts in your eps files!
FONTS		Outline your fonts. We repeat, outline your fonts! If you prefer not to outline all your fonts in page layout programs, send us the supporting font files. For PDF files, be sure to embed the fonts before saving.
PLACED ART		If you are sending a “live” Illustrator or InDesign file, always provide the original art files (eps or tiffs) too.
BLEED		Don’t forget to add 1/8" bleed to your files.
